CERROBEND alloy which is used as a filler for tube bending for tubes up to 1-3/4"; anchoring bushings in drill jigs; internal and external support of delicate parts for machining; cores for spinning; fusible mandrels in filament winding; fiberglass lamination; drop hammer and embossing dies; used as a heat transfer medium in processing plastics, chemicals. The melting temperature is 158º F (70 º C). It is ideal for craft applications, model railroading and a low temperature solder in electronics. It can be melted in a double boiler. It has a rapid immediate growth max @ .00057" per inch.

Bendalloy alloys are suitable for: Bending rolled or extended sections, Press tools small or large.Casting for reproduction of fine detail, Gas tight seals, Fusible plugs and links, Bending thin-walled tubing in copper, brass, mild and stainless steel. Protective shields used in radiotherapy

Bendalloy is the British equivalent of Cerrobend.  It is exactly the same specification.

Resin WS8 is an alternative to fusible metal alloys for tube bending applications. It has benefits in low cost, light weight, residues are removable with water, highly effective, easily melted, ease of filling tubes / sections, easily removed. Resin WS8-FR is a new fibre reinforced grade which can be used for very tight radius bending down to 1xd.
