DESCRIPTION

Castrol Syntilo 26 is a nitrite and phenol free synthetic grinding and
general purpose metalworking fluid, which has been specially formulated
for use with hard water. This hard water stability prevents the
de-stabilising effects of the build-up of salts.

APPLICATION

Castrol Syntilo 26 offers excellent resistance to all types of corrosion
including electrolytic corrosion caused by iron/copper or iron/aluminium
combinations.

Castrol Syntilo 26 is a long life coolant formulated to control the
growth of bacteria and fungi. It is equally suited to both central and
individual systems, providing rapid swarf settling properties, and
complete acceptability and safety in use.

Castrol Syntilo 26 is particularly suited to those areas with hard water
(typically over 200ppm calcium hardness) and can be used for a wide
range of operations including grinding, milling, drilling and turning.
