DESCRIPTION

Castrol Ilocut BOT is a clear, amber neat cutting fluid manufactured
from highly refined mineral oil blended with extreme pressure additives.

APPLICATION

Working conditions in deep hole boring require special features in the
cutting fluid to enable metal removal to proceed in the best
environment. The need for high performance is indicated by operating
conditions in which the boring head may be buried in the work piece for
long periods and be required to give continuous, accurate cutting with
no opportunity to check results which the cutting action is in progress.

Castrol Ilocut BOT is formulated using modern lubricity and extreme
pressure additives, it has a low viscosity, to enable rapid flushing
action to clear swarf from the boring head.
