DESCRIPTION

Castrol Ilobroach 219 is a high performance chlorinated and fatted
metalworking lubricant especially developed for precision form tool
operations such as broaching and gear cutting of difficult to machine
alloys and stainless steels.

APPLICATION

Castrol Ilobroach 219 gives an excellent surface finish under these
arduous conditions and helps to extend the life of complicated and
costly form tools.

    * As with all chlorinated products, water contamination of Castrol
      Ilobroach 219 should be avoided.


FEATURES

S	High performance alloys used in gas turbines and in nuclear, aerospace
and missile engineering present many machinery problems - the more
rigorous the service they are developed for, the more difficult they are
to machine. Due to the complexity of the component involved - a gas
turbine disc for instance - the consequential loss in time and money
involved from just one substandard cut is considerable.
