DESCRIPTION

Castrol Hysol XRR is a chlorine-free, long life extreme pressure soluble
metalworking fluid for use on ferrous metals. This product has the
ability to overcome foaming problems associated with the use of soluble
metalworking fluids in soft water areas and other high foaming applications.

APPLICATION

Castrol Hysol XRR has excellent compatibility with all water types. This
product is specially recommended for the machining and grinding of high
tensile strength steels and other difficult metals over a wide range of
operations. Tests have shown that this grade gives excellent performance
in creepfeed grinding operations.

Castrol Hysol XRR possesses a special additive system to ensure an
extension of sump life, excellent component finish, and resistance to
both corrosion and bacterial attack.

Castrol Hysol XRR is able to perform certain machining operations that
formally were carried out using neat cutting oils.
