It has been specifically designed to combine the benefits of synthetic grinding fluids without the associated drawbacks. APPLICATION Castrol Hysol G100 is a specialist grinding fluid for the majority of grinding applications. The product is suitable for use on all ferrous and non ferrous materials. Castrol Hysol G100 is a long life coolant with inherently low foam characteristic which makes it ideal for use in large centralised coolant systems and single sump machines. The recommended treatment entails the addition of 1 - 2% Castrol System Cleaner to the previous emulsion in use the day before it is due to be discarded.
