Tool or chip welding, tool, wear, poor surface finish and staining are just some of the problems which can be prevented by the use of this specialist cutting fluid. APPLICATION Castrol Hysol ALS is formulated to overcome the problems associated with the use of soluble cutting fluids in soft water. FEATURES S The advanced formulation blends high quality base oil with selected fatty materials and lubricity additives to create a long lasting and cost effective fluid, which extends tool life and reduces down time S Castrol Hysol ALS is formulated to control fungal and bacterial growth enhancing emulsion stability and reducing the need for fluid maintenance ADDITIONAL INFORMATION For maximum service life, coolant systems should be cleaned and sterilised by treatment with Castrol System Cleaner before changing to Hysol ALS. Treatment entails the addition of approximately 1% System Cleaner to the previous charge of coolant the day before it is due to be discarded.
