_______________________________________________________________________ Rustilo DWX ________________________________________________________________________________ Rust Preventative APPLICATION Castrol Rustilo DWX 20 is a powerful dewatering agent which upon evaporation of the solvent, deposits an oily protective film. Castrol Rustilo DWX 20 rapidly removes water from components which have been machined using soluble cutting fluids, or which have been washed or pickled. The residual film provides short term protection between subsequent manufacturing processes. Although Rustilo DWX 20 can be applied by brushing or spraying, its dewatering action is most effective if the articles to be protected can be immersed in a dip tank. Removal of the protective film is not normally necessary, but if required Rustilo DWX 20 may be removed using Castrol aqueous or solvent based cleaners.
